Shaking it up a Bit! Shakeology Cleanse Day 1.
I decided to give the Shakeology Cleanse a real try finally. You see, I became a Coach a couple of months ago, mainly because I absolutely love and stand behind all the Beach Body products I’ve tried. And believe me when I say I’m very very cautious when recommending and trying other fitness based programs and take on almost a detective like role when venturing into them. I’m a believer for sure and this is no hype – it’s really the real deal and I am living proof of the results that you get from following a disciplined, tough and challenging workout if you want to see change in your body. But no workout alone can give you a sculpted lean body as it’s only a small piece of the big picture in health. Nutrition is the other component and you have to be as disciplined here as you are with your workouts if you want to see those abs again.
Shakeology was appealing to me because as a busy mom, entreprenuer and wife I need healthy nutrition on the go, something that I can have as a meal replacement should I need it and something that will not only satisfy my cravings but also give me the vitamins and nutrients I need. When I learned that Shakeology is gluten free and has over 70 vitamins and minerals I knew I had to try it. I purchased the Shakeology GreenBerry and Chocolate on the home direct plan and am loving it so far! I had recently been using them as an afternoon snack or a breakfast but now I’m trying the 3 day cleanse.
It’s Day 1 and for breakfast I had a cup of green tea, and 1 Green berry shake (just mix it with ice and water). I’ll cut up a bit of watermelon, make a tall ice water bottle for my park date with my boys and have a Chocolate Shakeology right before dinner and then have some protein and grilled veggies for dinner – repeat on days 2 and 3! It’s just 3 days and we can do anything for 3 days if we put our mind to it.
