Who We Are to YOU: We
are builders of confidence and in the business of changing lives for
ladies of all ages and fitness levels through our innovative Fitness
Boot Camps, where you are 100% guaranteed results if you give us the 100% commitment we will deliver!
What To Bring To Class:
Please bring a mat or a towel that can go on the ground, or floor and plenty of
water. Dress in layers so you can warm-up or cool down as needed.
Can I bring my pets? - no pets allowed in the workout area.
Can I bring my children? no children are not allowed to participate in a Inspire Fitness Boot camp for safety reasons. If you bring your children they must sit outside of the workout area and not participate in the boot camp workout and will be the sole responsibility of the caregiver.
Can I bring a friend? We do not currently have a drop-in policy but do offer "free" trials from time to time (check our home page). We prefer to focus on our job as Coaches to give you, our paying customer and friend 100% of our attention. These camps are designed as 4 week programs and do not benefit a casual drop-in attendance.
Rain or Shine? Yes, we work out rain or shine 3 days a week unless otherwise notified via email (torrential rain, etc.). During the winter months we typically have an indoor camp location (please check our schedule page for locations).
What to expect?
We change up your workout every time to keep it fun and interesting and
NEVER boring. Expect to be pushed to your limit physically and mentally,
inches lost, strength gained, and some soreness at first. We are the only camp that gives you
a combination of Strength Training, Cardio, and Endurance Training Days per week and utilize some of the latest innovations in fitness and working out. We have a 100% GUARANTEE on results with inches lost OR strength gained (and a lot of campers see both), so you have nothing to lose but inches and gain lots of strength, and new friendships in the process!!

Fitness levels? All fitness levels are welcome. Everything we do can be done at any level. We will push you at YOUR level.
Rules of camp?
Be on time!, No make up classes., Be prepared and hydrated. Bring a mat and water and wear shoes to workout in. You are not in competition with anyone but YOURSELF!
What to expect - being pushed to your personal limit.
Boot camp times? Each class is 45 MINUTES long with a warm up and cool down.

Showers Available? We
do not have any showers available at any of the sites. All camps are
held in public parks.
Why would I go to a Boot camp? This program is designed to help you get to that next level or to just get start up on a program again.
Where do I SIGN UP!??
Refund and Cancellations - no refunds given. If for some reason you need to cancel your attendance at a boot camp it must be done no later than the start of 2nd class in order to receive credit for a future camp. All requests must be made to Joy at inspirefitness@comcast.net
Directions to the Park - We
are currently holding our camps at the Castro Valley Community Center, 18988 Lake Chabot Rd., Castro Valley (indoors in winter, and outdoors in spring/summer). Park locations are subject to change so please check the current class schedule for locations.
